    This dip is quite like guacamole but with the addition of chopped black olives. It can also be used as a filling for tacos.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 avocados - peeled, stone removed and diced
    • 2 tomatoes, diced
    • 125g chopped black olives
    • 1 fresh green chilli, finely chopped
    • 1 lemon or lime, juiced
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    1. In a medium bowl, combine avocados, tomatoes, olives and chillies. Stir to combine thoroughly. Squeeze lemon or lime juice over the mixture, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
