These cheese sticks are made with wholemeal and plain flour and Parmesan cheese. They are delicious warm from the oven.
These are really simple to make. Unfortunately, they're also not very good. I salvaged mine with an extremely liberal sprinkling of pepper, and popping them back into the oven with half a packet of parmesan dumped over the twists. The recipe definitely needs something more with the dough--we joked that perhaps there should have been three cups of parmesan in them, rather than three tablespoons.
