A simple and tasty spread or dip, that takes almost no time to prepare! I use tinned artichoke hearts, though you can buy fresh artichokes and cook them yourself.


Serves: 12 

  • 3 canned artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 125g crab meat
  • 3 spring onions, diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 400g cream cheese, softened

Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:1hour chilling  ›  Ready in:1hour10min 

  1. Place artichoke hearts, crab, spring onions, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add cream cheese and pulse until smooth.
  2. Put dip into a non-metallic bowl and chill for 1 hour. Serve with dried biscuits or crunchy vegetables.
