Apricot Sauce Chicken

A simple chicken recipe which is just delightful. Just combine apricot jam with vinegar and brown sugar, pour over chicken breasts and bake.

Serves: 6 

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
  • 1 cup (340g) apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soft dark brown sugar

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:50min  ›  Ready in:55min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a 23x33cm baking dish. Combine the apricot jam, vinegar and sugar and pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake for a further 10 minutes.
