1/2 cup no-added-salt tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
375g cooked prawns, peeled with tails left attached
12 baby cos lettuce leaves
4 sprigs fresh dill

Combine the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl.
Thread the prawns onto 4 small bamboo skewers. Spoon the sauce into serving dishes, arrange a prawn skewer in each, and garnish with the cos and the dill sprigs.
