Super quick chicken noodle soup using instant noodles! This is so easy I sometimes set my kids to making it. Bok choy and carrot add veggies.
6 cups water
85g packaged chicken flavoured instant noodles
2 boneless, skinless cooked chicken breast fillets, chopped
2 baby bok choy, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Break up noodles and stir into pot, reserving seasoning packet.
- Stir in chicken, bok choy and carrot. Bring to a boil again, then reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in contents of seasoning packet and sesame oil.
