    This is a great breakfast smoothie with four different fruits and low fat plain yoghurt. Get a good start to the day!

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 punnet strawberries, hulled
    • 60g blueberries
    • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
    • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
    • 1 1/2 cups low fat plain yoghurt

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
