1 tablespoon caster sugar
3 medium-large navel oranges, segmented
1 pomegranate, halved

Stir orange liqueur (or orange juice) and sugar together in a medium bowl. Add orange segments and any juice to the bowl with the orange liqueur. Toss to coat.
Scoop seeds from the pomegranate half into a small bowl, discarding the membrane. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over oranges. The salad will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
