Ingredients
Serves: 4 

  • 3 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 16 medium, cooked prawns, peeled and deveined, tails left intact
  • 8 fresh oysters
  • 12 fresh, cooked scallops
  • 1 quantity cocktail sauce
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

Directions

  1. Arrange the shredded lettuce in four serving bowls (preferably glass). Top the lettuce in each bowl with four prawns, two oysters and three scallops. Drizzle with the cocktail sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
