Fish fillets are flavoured with chilli, ginger, mint and coconut milk, then wrapped in parcels and baked in the oven. Zucchinis tossed with mustard and sesame seeds and minted new potatoes are served alongside.

The flavour in the fish was delicious. They were easy to put together in the parcels and cooked easily. The fish was really tender. I didn't cook the zucchinis as suggested, so I can't comment on that part of the recipe. - 06 Apr 2010
