A lovely way to serve turkey - pan seared with mushrooms and garlic and then served with a rich and creamy basil sauce. It's perfect for a Christmas dinner.
The proportions for the sauce seem to be incorrect. If I made it again, I would add more flour and butter, otherwise the sauce will not thicken. It tastes quite nice, but I wasn't crazy about it. Maybe more pesto and cheese for more flavour? - 02 Feb 2015 (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
