2 cups honeydew chunks
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1 cup ice cubes
2 mint sprigs

Place all the ingredients, except the mint sprigs, in a blender and purée.
Serve in tall glasses, garnished with the mint sprigs.
