These chicken wings can be served warm or cold and make excellent picnic fare.
Used different ingredients. 1 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons honey 12 chicken wings Put wings in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cover with water, add a dash of oil and some salt and poach for 5 minutes. Remove wings from heat and let cool. Combine oil, soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. Put all the wings on foil on a baking tray grill on medium heat and brush lightly with oil. After they have browned a little turn and brush again. After the other side has browned take the wings out of the grill and let cool for a few minutes. Serve - 29 Dec 2009
