Berry shake Use 200g strawberries instead of banana. Raspberries are good too, or try the chopped flesh of 1 mango. * Replace the wheatgerm with 1 tbsp ground sunflower seeds (grind them in a clean coffee grinder or with a mortar and pestle). * Use low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt instead of the plain yogurt.
The addition of wheatgerm boosts the content of vitamin E and B vitamins in this recipe, and orange juice provides vitamin C, so this is truly a ‘high-vitality’ drink.
