Pickled herring is tossed with a tangy yogurt sauce in this delicious buffet dish.
Salty herring fillets become milder if soaked in buttermilk overnight. Smoked fish can also be used in this recipe.
Peel 1 white radish and cut into thin sticks. Halve 250 g cherry tomatoes. Peel 1 medium red onion and cut into thin rings. Remove stalks from 125 g rocket. Cut 250 g ready-to-eat matjes fillets into small pieces and arrange on top of salad ingredients. * Whisk 3 tablespoons corn oil with 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over salad.
