Grilled herb-rubbed salmon

    This simple dish brings out the salmon's delicious flavour and gives you a full shot of omega-3 fatty acids.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1⁄2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
    • 1⁄4 teaspoon dried tarragon
    • pinch ground allspice
    • 4 salmon fillets (175 g each)

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Preheat griller. In small bowl, combine sugar, rosemary, tarragon and ground allspice.
    2. Rub mixture into salmon fillets.
    3. Grill, skin side down, 15 cm from heat, without turning, for 5 minutes or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork.
