    A square sausage, traditionally served in a roll for breakfast but you can eat it anytime.

    Serves: 12 

    • 500g minced beef
    • 500g minced pork
    • 185g dried breadcrumbs
    • teaspoon salt
    • teaspoon white pepper

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:8min  ›  Ready in:23min 

    1. Use hands to mix together the beef and pork and then stir in the breadcrumbs. Mix in the salt and pepper.
    2. Line a large loaf tin with plastic wrap and press the mix into tin.
    3. Refrigerate for 4hrs then cut into slices to cook.
    4. You can either grill, braise or fry the slices.
