These little cupcakes have the subtle (healthy!!) taste of grated pear and would you believe they are wheat-free and dairy-free.
This was my first attempt at gluten free baking so I wasn't sure what to expect. The cupcakes were very tasty but a bit too sweet for me. Next time I will use less golden syrup - 24 Mar 2010
