Dark Chocolate and Honey Sauce

Serve this simple chocolate sauce warm over ice-cream, crepes or pancakes or serve with any steamed pudding or berry dessert.
100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
15g unsalted butter
2 tablespoons golden syrup or honey
- Put the chocolate in a small saucepan with the butter, syrup or honey and 1 1/2 tablespoons of water. Warm gently over a low heat until the chocolate has melted.
- Remove the pan from the heat and serve warm.
Say if you made the sauce at midday or sometime like that and didn't want to use it till bout 7 would you be able to heat it up in the microwave for a couple of minutes or so?
