Combine the beans, stock, tomato paste, capsicum, onion, garlic, a pinch of salt and a dash of Tabasco sauce in a medium saucepan. Bring slowly to the boil.
Add the chicken and simmer for 6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve sprinkled with the parsley.
