Beef mince is mixed with rolled oats, Dijon mustard and crumbled blue cheese to create a one of a kind burger patty that is barbecued then served on a toasted bun.
Stilton is a good blue cheese to use here. Alternatively, use Gruyere, Swiss or cheddar.
