Nice and simple pizza dough, using few ingredients, This has no oil or salt but does have honey and Italian herbs to make the dough slightly more fragrant. These can also be partially cooked, cooled and frozen for later use.

This is a very nice dough. I didn't add the herbs to the dough as not everyone is a fine but added them to the top of the pizza. You can make this up and place in the refrigerator (well covered) and it will rise slowly. When ready for pizza, knock the dough down and make your pizza while the oven preheats.
