These are perfect bars for cake stalls. I usually use butter instead of margarine for a richer result.
90g unsalted butter or margarine
3 Mars Bars, chopped

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. This can be left to melt as you do the next step.
Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium heat; once the butter has started to melt add the chopped Mars Bars. Stir constantly as some parts of the bars take longer to melt than others.
Add the cereal, saving about a third to add in last. Mix well making sure all the cereal is covered; mix in last of the cereal. Spread evenly in a Swiss roll tin. Cover with melted chocolate and leave to set.
