Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Place place the sausages in a baking dish and bake until cooked though, about 30 minutes then slice. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 20 minutes. Fry bacon until crisp then dice.
In a saucepan over medium low, combine butter and flour, stirring until combined. Whisk in enough milk to reach desired consistency. Simmer until thickened then remove from heat and stir in 50g cheese.
In a baking dish add cauliflower, sausage slices and bacon. Pour over the cheese sauce then sprinkle on the remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
If you take out the meat, use less cheese sauce and no salt you can puree it and give it to a baby from 6 months old. Can be frozen as well.
