Make your own Irish cream liqueur at home using hazelnut spread. It is delicious, but definitely not for kids!

Serves: 52 

  • 2 (440g) tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (410g) jar chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (375g) tin evaporated milk
  • 2 cups double cream
  • 2 cups thickened cream
  • 750ml Irish whiskey

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and hazelnut spread until well blended. Gradually whisk in the vanilla, evaporated milk, creams and Irish whiskey. Pour into containers and store in the refrigerator for at least 1 day before serving. Shake or stir before serving.
