This is an incredible rich Italian dessert which is also popular in Argentina and Uruguay. Very easy to make!
6 egg yolks
50g white sugar
1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
200ml Marsala wine
2 tablespoons rum
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the eggs are light and frothy. Separately mix the rum and Marsala wine with the cinnamon.
- In a small saucepan over a medium flame blend the two mixes with a whisk. Beat constantly until a light fluffy mousse is formed.
- Serve hot in cocktail glasses.
