1 store-bought sponge cake
250ml orange liqueur
1 1/2 punnets strawberries, sliced
500ml cream, whipped until stiff peaks form
300ml ready-made custard

Drizzle liqueur over sponge cake and mix the custard and cream.
Roughly crumble a handful of cake into the bottom of a dish, and spoon some of the custard mixture on top. Add a layer of strawberries. Repeat the process until the ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of strawberries. Serve chilled and dusted with icing sugar.
