In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Place chicken strips in the pan. Drizzle one teaspoon of honey over the chicken. Sprinkle over one pinch paprika, a little bit of salt and pepper and a teaspoon of rosemary. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes, then flip over.
Drizzle over remaining honey, and season the other side of the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper and rosemary. Serve when chicken is golden brown on both sides and the centre is cooked through.
