Easy Chocolate Truffles

This has to be the simplest chocolate truffle recipe there is. This would be a fun project for cooking with kids.

Ingredients
Serves: 16
- 60g margarine
- 60g dessicated coconut
- 10 crushed plain digestive biscuits
- Small tin condensed milk
- chocolate sprinkles (100s & 1000s) to decorate

- Mix all ingredients together, roll into small balls, roll in sprinkles and allow to set in fridge for 2 hours.
