    Slow cooker food seems to have an amazing depth of flavour and this chicken and mushroom casserole is no exception.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 chicken breasts left whole
    • 4 cloves garlic, peeled but left whole
    • 1 (400g) tin cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 cup (250ml) white wine
    • 250g button mushrooms, halved
    • 100g spinach, washed and roughly diced

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10hours  ›  Ready in:10hours10min 

    1. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker then place lid on top and cook for 10 hours.

    Absolutely beautiful ๐Ÿ˜‹ Just guessed measurements as I don't have any kitchen scales at the moment, and added since cheese sauce granules to thicken. Cooked on high for 4 & 1/2 hours then on low for 1 hour, attempted to roast sweet potato chunks to go with it but I burnt them so just had it with garlic baguette which was lovely ๐Ÿ˜ think I may have stirred it a bit much as the chicken breasts just feel to pieces, unless it's supposed to be like that?  -  10 Feb 2017  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
