Slow Cooker Chicken and Mushroom Casserole

Slow cooker food seems to have an amazing depth of flavour and this chicken and mushroom casserole is no exception.
4 chicken breasts left whole
4 cloves garlic, peeled but left whole
1 (400g) tin cream of mushroom soup
1 cup (250ml) white wine
250g button mushrooms, halved
100g spinach, washed and roughly diced
- Place all ingredients into a slow cooker then place lid on top and cook for 10 hours.
