    Here is a very different and simple way of enjoying avocados. Use low sodium soy sauce if desired, but full flavored is best.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 avocado
    • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
    • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

    Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Stir together garlic, ginger and soy sauce and then set aside for five minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
    2. Cut the avocado in half and discard the stone. Divide the sauce between the avocado halves. Eat with a spoon!
