This soup recipe comes from Africa and is a great balance of peanuts and sweet potatoes that is seasoned with cumin, coriander, garlic, cinnamon and cloves.
Used different ingredients. I only had 300g of sweet potato so I used 250g of pumpkin aswell. I had about a 1/4 cup of red capsicum so i diced it and added it before simmering. When it was cooked I put my stick blender through it and then threw in chopped fresh coriander.I garnished with some chopped spring onion. - 20 Mar 2009
