Killer Artichoke Dip

Artichokes, spinach, parmesan cheese, cream cheese and garlic mixed together and heated in a dish and browned on top.
250 packet chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
400g artichokes, drained & chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup mayonnaise
500g cream cheese
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Lightly grease a pie dish. preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Add artichoke, spinach, parmesan cheese, garlic and lemon. Spread into dish.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes in preheated oven, then remove cover and let brown on top - approximately 5 mins. Best served with corn chips or crackers.
