Killer Artichoke Dip

    Artichokes, spinach, parmesan cheese, cream cheese and garlic mixed together and heated in a dish and browned on top.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 250 packet chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    • 400g artichokes, drained & chopped
    • 3 cloves minced garlic
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 500g cream cheese
    • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Lightly grease a pie dish. preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Add artichoke, spinach, parmesan cheese, garlic and lemon. Spread into dish.
    3. Bake covered for 20 minutes in preheated oven, then remove cover and let brown on top - approximately 5 mins. Best served with corn chips or crackers.
