Easy Caramel Sauce
This is an incredibly simple caramel sauce perfect for ice cream, sponge puddings or fruit. It's delicious!
Ingredients
- 125g light brown sugar
- 125g butter
- 100ml cream or milk

- Put the butter and sugar in a saucepan over a low heat until the butter has melted and the sugar is dissolved but not burned. Add the cream or milk and heat until bubbling, stirring continually. Serve warm.
