Easy Caramel Sauce

    This is an incredibly simple caramel sauce perfect for ice cream, sponge puddings or fruit. It's delicious!

    • 125g light brown sugar
    • 125g butter
    • 100ml cream or milk

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Put the butter and sugar in a saucepan over a low heat until the butter has melted and the sugar is dissolved but not burned. Add the cream or milk and heat until bubbling, stirring continually. Serve warm.

    Perfect! for a thicker sauce keep on the heat and stir for an extra 10 minutes or however long you need until it is as thick as desired!  -  18 Oct 2015
