Many cheesecakes are just made with cream cheese but this strawberries cheesecake has yoghurt and cream as well to make it extra rich and smooth.

Ingredients
Makes: 1 cheesecake
- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100g butter, melted
- 15g cocoa powder
- 30g brown sugar
- 250g cream cheese
- 60g castor sugar
- 300g fresh strawberries, mashed
- 200g strawberry-flavoured yoghurt
- 200ml single cream, whipped
- 15g gelatine
- 3 tablespoons hot water

- Combine biscuit crumbs, butter, cocoa powder and brown sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Press into a 23cm spring form tin.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in strawberries, yoghurt and cream.
- Soak gelatine in water in a small bowl. Then put the bowl over hot water and stir until gelatine dissolves.
- Let gelatine cool a bit and stir into cheese mixture.
- Pour filling into tin and chill overnight.
