    This lemon ice cream is creamy but light and refreshing and contains no cream and no eggs. A nice halfway between ice cream and sorbet.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 2 cups (500ml) cold milk, chilled
    • 1 (395g) tin nonfat sweetened condensed milk, chilled

    1. Put all the ingredients into your ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturers' directions.
