Quick Thai Prawn Curry

This is a super easy curry with only 5 ingredients that takes no time to make, especially if you buy prawns already peeled. Serve with rice.

Ingredients
Serves: 4 

  • 2 (400g) cans coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons red Thai curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 fresh long red chilli, finely chopped
  • 24 large prawns, peeled and deveined

Directions
Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Combine coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce and chilli in a wok. Slowly bring the boil over medium low heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce heat to low; add prawns. Cook, uncovered, stirring, about 10 minutes or until prawns are cooked.
