This is without any doubt the best ever chocolate mousse recipe I have ever tried. You have to try it to believe it! This recipe contains raw eggs. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly do not consume raw eggs.

I have never made mousse before, but this has to be the best mousse ever!! I made one batch with dark chocolate, which was a great hit! Next day made another one, this time with Duo chocolate (milk and dark together) and without the peppermint and it was also amazing!!! will do again  -  14 Aug 2011

if i was to make this again i would have melted the chocolate either last or in between beating the eggs and cream. by the time i had beated them the chocolate and marshmellows had gone stiff and were hard to melt. i did my best to mix it without burning it and it didnt work out too well. the mixture just ended up slightly brown with little chunks of the chocolate mix all through it, although it still tasted great :D  -  03 Jul 2010
