    This was a dessert/beverage experiment my boyfriend and I came up with. It's so good! Dessert, coffee and liqueur all in one.

    Serves: 6 

    • enough brewed/espresso coffee for 6
    • 500g French vanilla ice cream
    • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) Irish cream liqueur
    • cream and sugar to taste

    1. Make the coffee and while brewing, fill 6 cups with a scoop of ice cream each. Be sure to use large cups. Top each scoop with just enough Irish cream to lightly coat the ice cream.
    2. When the coffee is brewed, pour enough to fill each cup halfway. It is then up to each individual to add Irish cream, cream or sugar to taste.
