This is a simple but delicious recipe for kulfi (Indian ice cream) that I got from my sister-in-law. I have made this several times, and it always gets rave reviews - even the kids love it! For extra flavour, you could add a few drops of rose water or some ground pistachios.
Frozen whipped topping is a common ingredient in the US where this recipe originated. You can substitute thickened cream.
I love this recipe. I have modified it and only add equal volumes of carnation, condensed milk and cream. Blend up some pistachios and then mix in with the ice-cream or sprinkle on top. Then freeze. Yum! - 02 Aug 2017
