Godfather Cocktail
You might not think the flavours of scotch and amaretto liqueur would complement each other, but they really do. A great nightcap.

- 30ml scotch whiskey
- 30ml Amaretto liqueur

- Half fill a tumbler glass with ice; pour over the scotch and Amaretto. Stir.

This is soo good!! if you are a scotch lover you will like this if not then add a bit more amaretto to reduce the bite of the scotch!! Also don't use a cheap scotch it will taste horrible!!!
