Awesome! Best shortbread recipe I've tried!  -  18 Dec 2010

My mother, a hard-to-please Scot, says this shortbread is the yummiest she's had for a long time - and reminds her of the shortbread her mother used to make in the homeland.  -  03 Jan 2010

Loved the easy recipe with only 3 ingredients. Unfortunately the prevailing flavour is brown sugar rather than butter which was unpleasant. What a pity.  -  12 Jan 2012
