A sticky caramel sauce that's perfect for ice cream, sponge puddings or fruit.
120g light brown sugar
5 min › Cook:
10 min › Ready in:
Stir the butter and sugar in a medium saucepan over a low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Stir in the cream and heat gently until bubbling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and serve warm.
Pretty non really. Not something I'd rave over, it's pretty basic and a thin sauce.

my family loved this sauce. could have been a bit thicker but i would definetly make it again.

This a good all around caramel sauce. I added a dash of Kaulua to it. To the person who thought it was thin, it Is thin when it's warm, when its cold it is thick. I liked it well enough to make it again! Thanks Jesabelle!
