This Indian flat bread is traditionally made in a clay tandoor oven but this bread machine version can also be baked in a hot domestic oven. Use pieces of warm naan to wrap seasoned grilled meats, seafood or vegetables.
not sure what went wrong!!!!. the mixture got stuck in the machine and seemed to lack water. Other similar receipes have more liquid components? any tips - 21 Dec 2008
Same here. Not a good recipe at all! - 19 Dec 2013
A lovely recipe! I replaced ghee with garlic oil (same amount) and sprinkled the top with crushed garlic. Unfortunately, the bread was very tasteless (ghee gives it more taste I think), so next time I have to double the amount of salt. - 04 Jun 2001 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
