Fluffy, fall-apart-in-your-mouth goodness. Keep the finished pancakes in the oven on low while you finish cooking the rest. Spread with butter and serve with real maple syrup.
Bit too eggy. Could have done with one/two less eggs. Nice and fluffy. May be better with sugar and lemon as a topping as there is no sugar in the recipe. - 18 Oct 2009
