A quick and easy snack thats simple to prepare.
250g plain flour
A pinch of salt
oil for deep frying
- Place the flour in a large mixing bowl. Add the salt and stir into the flour.
- Add the water sparingly and mix until a dough is formed.
- Roll out the dough.
- Cut the rolled out dough into strips. Fry the strips in a deep-fryer.
- Allow to cool and serve.
