    Serves: 6 

    • 250g plain flour
    • A pinch of salt
    • Cold water
    • oil for deep frying

    1. Place the flour in a large mixing bowl. Add the salt and stir into the flour.
    2. Add the water sparingly and mix until a dough is formed.
    3. Roll out the dough.
    4. Cut the rolled out dough into strips. Fry the strips in a deep-fryer.
    5. Allow to cool and serve.
