Potatoes are roasted until crispy and brown with real meat flavour. These potatoes are cooked in the fat and juices that come from roast lamb. There are a number of roast lamb recipes on this site like this to pair with these potatoes.

    4. Roast for 45 minutes in the preheated oven or until dark brown and crispy.

Used different ingredients. This was good but does taste much better using beef fat. If you're a fan of lamb, you'll like this.  -  29 Sep 2008

Pretty good but did not have a great deal of lamb flavor to them.  -  01 Aug 2010  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
