450g uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 red capsicum, sliced into thin strips
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 pound sugar snap peas
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons cornflour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine shrimp, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add red capsicum and green onions and stir-fry until slightly softened, 3 to 4 minutes. Add shrimp with marinade, sugar snap peas, and teriyaki sauce and stir-fry until shrimp are opaque, about 4 minutes.
Stir chicken broth and cornflour together in a bowl until smooth. Pour into the skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Season with salt.
