    • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
    • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

    1. Combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Add oatmeal and cook, stirring frequently, until chewy and tender, 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cook's Note:

    Instead of using 2 cups of almond milk, you can use 1 cup milk and 1 cup water.
