Lobster Scampi

    This lobster scampi is a simple, elegant blend of pre-cooked lobster, white wine, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.

    Serves: 6 

    • 175g butter
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed garlic, or to taste
    • 700g cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-size pieces
    • 1/2 cup white wine, or to taste
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, or more as needed

    1. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until aromatic, about 5 minutes. Add lobster and cook until heated through, 5 to 10 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Add Parmesan cheese; cook until melted, about 2 minutes. Add breadcrumbs slowly, 2 tablespoons at a time, bringing to a boil after each addition.
